All the salespeople on the floor are friendly and helpful, but they are not overly assertive or pushy. They also seem to know the products very well and can answer a wide variety of questions. I appreciate that they allow us to take our time to look on our own and do not push for a sale. The delivery guys were also very efficient and super helpful.

I can't say enough about how great Ian and David were with the delivery! I called the store that same day to provide my feedback - extremely professional, careful with our furniture and new home, made sure everything was in place, and instructed us in the care of our furniture prior to leaving. They were pleasant, and generally just really great guys! Redekers was our third delivery that week. Unfortunately, the others weren't anywhere near the par of your team. We'll be back the next time we need furniture!
